Boasting a breathtaking view of the ocean and the neighboring island of Anguilla, Villa La Perla Palais is in the exclusive gated community of Baie Rouge Residence, offering 24-hour security.

The air-conditioned living room opens onto the generous terrace. It offers a lot of comfortable seating, a full gourmet kitchen with a brand-new bar designed by an Epoxy artist - the perfect place to enjoy a culinary show by the in-house private chef who is included for two meals per day (cost of the food & drinks not included)

All bedrooms feature elegant ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, tropical ceiling fan, television, king-size bed and dressing room.

La Perla Palais is also offering a media room, two Jacuzzis, a private gym, a spa, a sauna, a ping-pong table, a billiards table, a huge chess court, and plenty of relaxation areas.

We're sure you'll also enjoy the villa's indoor and outdoor speaker system and LEDs on the property's walls, as well as the terrace bar where you can sip sunset cocktails. From the pool deck, you can walk to the ultra-exclusive Bay Rouge beach at any time of the day.
