On one side, the picture perfect and deserted beach of Happy Bay will reward you after a 5-minute walk from the villa. On the other side, Friar’s Bay Beach will welcome you with its two beach restaurants.

The living area opens to the spacious covered terrace and the ocean view. One bedroom is upstairs and has an en-suite bathroom. Two further bedrooms are located downstairs and each has an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have satellite TVs. The downstairs opens to the terrace and the plunge pool.
