Overview

Two- and three-bedroom Beachview Villas, located steps away from Dawn Beach, offer wonderful views of the ocean. Each villa offers spacious living and dining areas for gathering as well as beautifully appointed kitchens and bathrooms.

The villas are either one or two levels surrounded by a large, furnished terrace with your own private plunge pool. Each villa has a fantastic view of the ocean and the neighboring island of St. Barths.

The villas offer luxury furnishings within the spacious living area and travertine floors throughout. The two-bedroom villa has sleeping and dining accommodations for four and the three-bedroom has sleeping and dining accommodations for six. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features electric cook top, oven, microwave, double-door refrigerator with ice machine, dishwasher and temperature-controlled wine cooler, blender, coffee maker, and a toaster.

Large glass doors opening to the outside terrace and pool bring the ocean trade winds into the living area. Lounge chairs and outdoor dining area provide further enjoyment in the sun-drenched tropics.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat-screen satellite TV, walk-in closet, safe and an en-suite bathroom with rain shower. Guest bedroom(s) offer either a king-sized or two double beds, flat screen satellite TV, spacious closet and en-suite bathrooms. Premium bedding and sheets are used throughout.
