The Presidential Villa consists of three accommodations. The master bedroom is a king bedded suite with en-suite bathroom featuring a double rain shower and deep oversized soaking tub. The second bedroom is a double queen room with en-suite bathroom and the third a king bedded room with private bathroom. All rooms are furnished with plentiful lush toiletries and amenities of your choice will be waiting for you upon arrival.

The Villa also consists of a private health club, pool table/game room, and a 25 foot infinity pool stretching out towards the straits between St. Kitts and the neighboring island of Nevis. After a relaxing swim or plunge an outdoor lounge area awaits to soak up the Caribbean sun overlooking the resort, South East Peninsula and the Caribbean Sea. Meals can also be served at the lounge.

Under the guidance of Executive Chef, Justin Taylor, the private chef can offer guidance on meals and suggest and create a menu which is exclusive to the Presidential Villa residents. Guests can choose what they want to eat and when they want to eat it. Cabana’s by the Ramparts Pool can be reserved free of charge.

Park Hyatt St. Kitts

The Great House & Stone Barn

Reflective of the former plantations, The Great House is at the heart of Park Hyatt St. Kitts. The Great House offers indoor and outdoor dining, Tot’s Rum Bar, Flemings, the hotel’s main bar, and a conservatory serving a plantation afternoon tea. The Great House also features a library with board games and is where the resort concierge is located. The Stone Barn on a plantation was used to protect the sugar from the elements. The Stone Barn is the adult’s only dining area offering food with limited components and a global influence.

The Fisherman's Village

The Fisherman’s Village has been created to reflect the small huts and berths found in the villages that once lined the coastline of St. Kitts. The Fisherman’s Village at Park Hyatt St. Kitts offers an ocean to table dining experience for both lunch and dinner.

The Sugar Mill Spa and Sanctuary

The Sugar Mill Spa and Sanctuary is located in a quiet part of the resort. Spa features nine treatment rooms and offers an extensive range of facial and body treatments. Multiple Yoga locations are also available.

The Island Fort by Camp Hyatt

The Island Fort by Camp Hyatt is for the younger guests and offers a range of activities suitable for children aged between three and twelve years old.
