Overview

Villa Golden Palm is a brand new gem, situated on the popular hillside famous for its gorgeous views and convenient access to the beach of St. Jean, and its restaurants and shopping. While most people will be able to walk down to the beach, the climb back up the hillside may be a bit challenging to some, but this does not have any impact the popularity of the area and this newly built villa only adds to its value.

Two of the bedrooms of this large villa are on the lower floor, adorned by a beautifully landscaped garden and the main level is on top. The spacious main room can be fully air- conditioned and includes the large living space that opens up in the back to a green garden, and a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. Behind the kitchen is a fully-equipped, professional chef’s kitchen. A dining table that seats ten people is in front and benefits from the views. There is an additional dining table just outside on the large terrace which offers ample seating, lounging and the heated infinity pool with a connecting Jacuzzi. The master bedroom is situated behind the living room and comes with a European king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. On the other side of the main room are two additional rooms, each with a U.S. king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms on the lower floor also have a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The room on the left is the only room without an ocean view, the other 4 have ocean views. All bedrooms have U.S. satellite and Apple TV and there is a property-wide Sonos sound system.

Villa Golden Palm is an excellent villa for couples traveling together but will also suit a larger family with children. This villa includes daily maid service, including Sundays and public holidays, as well as a turn-down service.
