Villa Coco de Mer is a modern 2-bedroom villa located in St. Jean within minutes of the beach and shopping. This villa offers views of the ocean and landscape.

The fully air-conditioned living area is comfortably furnished and connects to a well-equipped, modern kitchen with a bar and 4 stools. The living room opens to a large terrace with an outdoor living and dining area, which comfortably seats 4 guests.

Each bedroom has a king-size bed with mosquito netting and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are located to the right of the courtyard, which features a hot tub, a cozy seating area, and a small waterfall.

The house also has WiFi, gated entry and U.S. satellite TV in the living room and bedrooms.

Villa Coco de Mer comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. Pets are allowed upon request.
