Overview

Villa Fregate is a 4-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou within minutes of several beaches and shopping. The villa has exquisite ocean views.

The living room has an orange décor with beautiful antique pieces. The well-equipped kitchen opens the living area and indoor dining room. The living room has sliding glass doors, which lead to a covered terrace with gas barbecue and outside dining area.

Each bedroom opens onto a terrace with a view and has its own charming décor and color scheme. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the other 3 have king-size beds.

A wooden terrace with loungers surrounds the heated infinity pool, which seems to cascade into the ocean. The expansive area around the pool has sitting areas in both the sun and shade. The house also has pool and beach equipment, board games, WiFi and high-speed Internet, and U.S. satellite TV.

Villa Fregate comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is not suitable for young children. Thanksgiving rate is the same as winter season: $14,500 for 4 bedrooms.
