Overview

This recently built villa is surrounded by wild vegetation.

Inside, the use of wood and stone makes the villa feel warm and welcoming. Upon entering, a turquoise pool amidst basic earth tones attracts the eye. Two bedrooms and the main living area open to the pool, sundeck, and outdoor dining area overlooking the Petit Cul de Sac area.

The living room has ample seating on comfortable sectional sofas. The entertainment room offers technological amenities and a cardio-fitness walker, ideal for a little workout while watching a favorite show or listening to music. At the other end of the villa is the well-equipped kitchen, which opens on both sides to ocean breezes.

Each bedroom has a king-sized bed, en suite bathroom with a large shower, and dressing area with a safe. Each bedroom has its own color theme and harmonizes with the villa's gorgeous wooden floors and earth tones.

The third bedroom is set behind the main living area. From the beautiful landscapes to constant breezes, guests can relax and experience the natural surroundings. The villa also has wi-fi and French and U.S. satellite TV.

Lagon Vert comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holiday, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 12 and older.
