Overview

The area offers a raw beauty and calm that is more and more difficult to find on St. Barths. Villa Pelican also has full view of the pelicans flying around the bay, hence its name.

The villa has two separate units connected by a semi-covered outdoor living room. In the first unit are the four bedrooms, spread over two floors. In the second is the spacious main room, which is open on two sides and cooled by the natural breezes as well as two large ceiling fans. It is furnished with contemporary furniture and equipped with the latest amenities.

The open, fully-equipped kitchen has a breakfast island but the main dining table is placed just in front and benefits from the views and natural breezes. A seating area by the large TV with U.S. satellite is in the back of the main room. Spreading out in front of the main room is the large two level deck, with ample seating and 4 big daybeds, from which guests can enjoy nearly all day sun. The pool is tucked in a corner next to the main deck.

All bedrooms are nearly identical with European king-sized beds, U.S. satellite TV and ensuite bathrooms with showers. The main level rooms are easily accessed on the entrance side, as well as the terrace on the other. The rooms on the lower floor are situated in front of a garden with a small ocean view and a private terrace with seating.

Villa Pelican is a great family villa and also perfect for couples vacationing together.

Minimum Stay Details

Standard minimum is 7 nights. 5 nights may be accepted upon request; Christmas/New Year's is 10 to 14 nights (many owners will reduce the minimum as the holidays approach if still open)
