Pelican Watch is a family-friendly escape steps from the ocean with a front-row seat to Fripp Island’s untouched natural beauty and wildlife. Listen for birds calling from your deck, walk along the sandy beach to search for turtles, shells and starfish, or simply take it all in from your screened porch. The airy home greets you with an open floor plan and seamless flow between the living area, dining room and kitchen, featuring high ceilings and picture windows that bring the outdoors in. Inviting, contemporary-cottage decor and modern furnishings create a comfortable atmosphere with plenty of space to relax. Take in a movie on the large-screen TV from the sectional sofa, open a bottle from the wine fridge to enjoy on the veranda, or prepare a summer meal in the gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. Dine indoors at the family-style table, or step outside to the screened porch, furnished with a table and chairs for meals overlooking the ocean.

Pelican Watch sleeps up to 10 guests across four spacious bedrooms.  All bedrooms have sliding glass doors leading to furnished outdoor space with beach or marsh views. With direct access to the beach, you can also enjoy panoramic views directly from the shore. After a day of swimming and sand castles, take advantage of the outdoor shower and private washer & dryer. With its open layout, ample outdoor spaces and beachfront location, Pelican Watch is an ideal escape for groups looking to rejuvenate by the ocean and explore the untouched natural beauty of Fripp Island.
