This 5-bedroom villa gives guests a modern ambiance just minutes away from Playa del Carmen’s best beach, while it sits right next to the world-class golf course.

The residence was designed with clean cement walls and contrasting rustic décor. Every room, including the spacious open-plan living area and the five suites, offers a similar combination of minimalistic sobriety and designer furniture, sometimes with Dali-esque flair. The large indoor spaces invite togetherness, making the residence ideal for family holidays. Outdoors, the swimming pool and lounge area are cuddled by the native vegetation that divides the house from Playacar’s 18-hole golf course. 

The bedrooms are as tasteful as the rest of the house and offer ample space for rest. Two second-floor rooms share a balcony overlooking the garden, while the downstairs suite has privileged access to the pool and deck. Similarly, they all enjoy spacious bathrooms with top-drawer amenities.
