Red Oak Lake House

Overview

The expansive great room is bright with windows yet warm with a towering stone fireplace. Overhead is the upstairs open loft where you will find a comfortable study and play area, and access outside to the unique rooftop perch. Up here enjoy a book, cocktails with friends, moonlit stargazing, or whatever your fancy. This perch enjoys the shade of a nice tree canopy as well as an amazing view of Fontana Lake.

All the way down on the lower level is more room for recreation with a TV room, gas fireplace stove, and foosball table. Outside is a nicely placed fire pit to enjoy the great outdoors with roasted marshmallows or ghost stories with the family.

The kitchen is well-equipped, and you can enjoy dinner at the glass table for six (additional bar seating for two, if you need it) or perhaps breakfast just outside in the cozy screened porch. Please note that the garage is not pictured and not available to guests.

Sleeping accommodations are on all three levels. The main floor master has a queen bed and attached master bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower. Upstairs is a second queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom that has both a shower and large tub. The lower level has a private bedroom with dual twin beds as well as a twin daybed with direct access to a bathroom as well.
