Pisa is reachable by car in 30 minutes, Lucca, the city of 99 churches, in 15 minutes, Florence and the glitzy beaches of Forte dei Marmi are both 45 minutes away. Tuscany is one of the most sought-after destinations for travelers thanks to the plethora of activities available, and the great food and superb wine it offers. Accommodations

Main Villa

On the ground floor is a large living room with comfortable sofas and decorative fireplace, a billiard room – a favorite grown-up hangout place inside the house, a spacious dining room overlooking the Italian garden, and a fully equipped kitchen with bar counter and a French door leading to the furnished patio -- perfect for enjoying time and meals al fresco. There is also a guest bathroom. Stairs lead to the second floor. Available also is an internal elevator.

On the first floor is a living room with decorative fireplace and a balcony, accessed via a French door, facing the olive grove.

Annex

On the ground floor is a media/game room, a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, laundry room (washer and dryer) and a guest bathroom.

Outside Features

Outside is an ample covered furnished gazebo alongside the private pool for enjoying the hottest hours of the day under the shade, panoramic swimming pool, spacious furnished patio/relaxation area with a comfortable table that is very popular for communal meals outdoor. There is a manicured Italian garden and paths through the private estate for long and relaxing walks.
