Located in southernmost corner of Italy, a recognized a UNESCO World Heritage site, this area boasts also quiet beaches and crystalline waters able to satisfy both bathers and lovers of scuba diving. In these fertile grounds, Villa Nitta blooms harmoniously like a beautiful and exotic flower. The blessed position gifts the villa with stunning views so that it will be difficult to leave it, and certainly impossible to forget.

Once inside the front door, you are in the sun-drenched open-concept living room. Here you gather with your party, snack on the couch while watching TV, cook in comfort in the fully equipped kitchen, check the children enjoying the water of the outdoor swimming pool or just hang out in this multifunctional space. This large room is filled lights and features stunning views thanks to the numerous floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, with furniture that is as functional as it is beautiful, combined with great accent pieces and art wall, making the room welcome and very comfortable. A beautiful glass staircase leads to the first floor.

The furnished patio, adjacent to the kitchen, is ready for dining al fresco while the private large infinity-edge swimming pool lays in the sun. Here comfortable sunbeds are available for you to work on your tan while a gazebo, positioned in the panoramic sundeck, is ideal for lounging in the shade or to admire the sunset with a drink in your hand…from here everything seems perfect!

Villa Nitta is located in a quiet location where absolute privacy is assured and yet, only a 15-minute drive to the beaches and a 10-minute drive to Ragusa. A restaurant, wellness spa, and tennis courts are only minutes driving away.
