Holua Kai's Plantation-style homes have been specifically designed to merge indoor and outdoor spaces thanks to their large open floor plans that maximize natural lighting and ventilation. While the home is additionally equipped with central A/C for those uncharacteristically warm days, the windows can remain open to allow for the cooling trade winds to aerate the home. When you venture outside, you’ll surely be mesmerized by the unobstructed cobalt blue ocean views from your custom infinity edge, in-ground swimming pool and spa.

The spacious kitchen island includes custom Bordeaux Dream Granite slab countertops and glass backsplash, a GE Monogram Pro stainless steel appliance package with a wine fridge, under cabinet LED lighting, and solid wood cabinetry with soft-close drawers and doors. Golf Green is able to accommodate up to 12 guests due to its 3-bedroom and bonus room layout.
