The elegantly furnished interior creates a warm environment to spend time with the whole group. Step into the media room and enjoy relaxing on deep sitting chairs and a comfortable couch while watching your favorite movie or show on the large flat-screen TV.

Separated by a 4-person high-top viewing bar, the dining room's 6-person table sits right in front of one of the many ocean views from inside the house. The family room is centralized, with one set of doors leading to the pool area while the other leads out to the ocean. Plush sofas, chairs, and entertainment options make this a great place to relax with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen includes all stainless-steel appliances and an oversized kitchen bar, perfect for making gourmet meals for your entire party. The private pool area is central to the villa, with comfortable lounging furniture and a shuffleboard set surrounded by the large and serene swimming pool and hot tub. Relax and soak up the incredible views from the back lanai (porch), which includes lounge chairs, a ping-pong table, and a barbeque to make meals that can be enjoyed on the spacious ten-person outdoor dining room table!

On the top level, you'll discover three inviting bedrooms. The two primary bedrooms feature stunning ocean views that can be enjoyed right from their cozy king-sized beds. Large French doors lead to the shared veranda boasting spectacular ocean views, and each primary bedroom includes a private en-suite with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub.

Primary suite two offers a delightful sitting area with a sleeper sofa and work desk. The top floor's third bedroom provides two inviting queen-sized beds, flat-screen TV, as well an awe-inspiring mountain view. Additionally, the en-suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower plus single vanity. Finally, down the stairs on the main level, bedroom 4 holds a king-sized bed and flat-screen TV, while its en-suite has a walk-in shower and single vanity.

This home also features a separate guest cottage that creates the perfect recreational room with beautiful vaulted ceilings and contemporary hanging light fixtures. So whether you're looking for a place to entertain guests or relax, the guest cottage has it all.
