No detail was spared while designing this space; the sophistication of a southern home was truly captured, from the sky-blue ceilings, pastel furniture, and elegant patterns. While this space is certainly a showstopper, you will find an ample amount of comfortable seating for your entire party to gather, in addition to a smart television with access to all of your favorite streaming channels. Beyond the parlor, guests will find a scullery, where provisions can be stored and hand-crafted cocktails can be made for those intimate dinners, or evenings in the courtyard.

Accessing the ensuite bathroom through the walk-in closet, you’ll find a luxurious, spa-like oasis. From the large soaking tub, double travertine marble vanity, and walk-in shower, you’ll never want to leave.

The second suite can be accessed from the primary suite, or closed off, which is ideal for parents with young children. Down the hall, at the front of the home, the third suite overlooks Chatham Square and the majestic oak trees, also fitted with custom window treatments. The full-size guest bathroom can be accessed from the third suite, or the hall, making it convenient for all guests. This bathroom is fitted with a spacious, walk-in tiled shower, and beautiful travertine marble vanity.

Making your way down to the garden level, perfect for in-laws or guests that have mobility issues, you’ll find an additional gathering space that boasts natural light, and hand-laid brick flooring. You’ll find the final guest suite with a king bed, adjacent sitting room, full-size ensuite bathroom, and wet bar as well. Don’t fret; the thoughtful design and attention to detail was carried throughout this entire estate, to ensure every guest has the same experience.
