Overview

Like Mozart in his time, enjoy a stay in this exceptional mansion. Set up for a group of 10 guests (with a child), this is the perfect place to appreciate a chic environment very close to Paris. This seventeenth century mansion has a past of rich history. Built in 1679 by a famous architect who was responsible for the design of the Château de Versailles, this royal residence of six bedrooms spreads over three floors.

The interior decoration tastefully mixes the ancient furniture and decoration with all the modern comfort standards. The mansion sits on three floors offering two different living rooms with sofas, fireplace, a grand piano and an ancient style decoration which contributes to the polished atmosphere of the 'salon'.  

There is a large dining room for 12 guests, an office (with a computer at guests' disposal and a printer).  There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, water kettle.

On the second floor is the first bedroom with a bathroom, shower and water closet.  On the third floor is the master bedroom with a balcony and a private bathroom with bathtub and shower, an office equipped with a computer and printer, with a single bed (for 1 extra guest).  Finally, on the fourth floor, four bedrooms (two single, two double) and a large bathroom with bathtub and laundry with washing machine, dryer and iron appliances.

On the ground floor, the rooms open onto a large tree-lined garden, an exceptional asset in the heart of Saint Germain en Laye and especially so close to Paris. As well as being nice to look at, the garden is also very well equipped. It contains high-quality garden furniture (one wrought iron table and 10 chairs, as well as one table and 3 Teak chairs), a tennis table, sun beds, and football nets.  The garden is very large and offers a welcome retreat from the hectic bustle of this little historic town or from the buzz of Paris.
