For your convenience, the home has an elevator—perfect for loading and unloading luggage.

The very well-equipped and stylish kitchen is located on the first floor. It features stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bar that seats four, making it ideal for creating meals for a crowd. Guests can enjoy their culinary creations at the eight-seat dining table located just off the kitchen. If you’d like to enjoy your food al fresco, there is access to a balcony with an outdoor dining area that features amazing gulf views.

The living room is situated adjacent to the dining room. It comes complete with a large sectional sofa, two armchairs, a wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and access to a balcony with outdoor seating.

The third floor features the Mermaid Lounge with a wet bar, pullout sofa, flat screen TV, as well as a wall of windows overlooking the gulf.

After a day in the sun, guests can get some much-needed rest in four well-appointed bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king-sized bedroom located on the first floor with a flat screen TV, access to a balcony with impressive gulf views, and en-suite bathroom with dual vanity and a shower. On the second floor, there is another king-sized bedroom. It features a flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with dual vanity, access to a balcony, as well as a shower and soaker tub. Also located on the second floor is the third bedroom which is ideal for the kids in your group. This bedroom offers two sets of queen-over-queen bunk beds, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, and shares a hall bathroom. The fourth bedroom boasts a queen bed and shares a hall bathroom that includes a shower-over-bath and dual vanity.
