The villa has a fantastic sea view, and is located only few meters from the sea. 

The ground floor of the villa comprises a large open plan living and dining room with sleek, modern furnishings and a magnificent view of the sea. There is a wall-mounted television and ample space at the dining table for up to 8 people. The kitchen is modern and well equipped for your stay, allowing you to cook for family and friends.

There are four double bedrooms on the first floor of the villa with large comfortable beds and plenty of storage. One of the double bedrooms has a large balcony with comfortable seats and a breath-taking view of the Adriatic. There are 6 bathrooms within the villa, all which have a power shower or bathtub.

The lower ground floor can be reached by outside steps from the ground floor terrace above. You will find a study, a full equipped gym with television, a shower room and a luxury sauna. In the study there is a TV and a sofa, which can be converted to an extra double bed. The laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The outside terrace can be accessed through the living room and leads out to a large pool area with 6 sun loungers and a parasol. The outdoor garden area contains a BBQ area and shaded dining area so you can enjoy dining al fresco as you watch the sun set over the sea. A quaint play area can also be found at this part of the garden. The whole area is fenced and provides complete privacy for you and your family.
