Pelican House is made up of two three-bedroom villas side by side with no interconnecting door inside the villa. Each features two levels, three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as their own luxurious living areas and exceptionally appointed kitchens which lead onto separate dining areas. Both villas also enjoy the use of Pelican House’s own infinity edge pool, ideal for taking a relaxing dip in to cool off from the warm Caribbean sun. The pool is exclusive for guests taking all six bedrooms of Pelican House, or shared if taking fewer bedrooms. 

Pelican House offers great flexibility on configuration, being able to be rented as a three or six bedroom villa.

Villa Notes

Resort is closed from September 8th, 2022 - September 26th, 2022 for summer maintenance.
Transfer from the airport to the resort is available for a fee.

If renting 6 bedrooms, max occupancy is 14 adults or 12 adults + 8 children
