This villa has everything from spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms to a fully-equipped, air-conditioned gym complete with a steam room. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and everything you need to prepare a simple breakfast or a lobster dinner.

The fitness pavilion is equipped with a TechnoGym, ExciteBike, Precor elliptical machine, Precor weight tower, water rower and yoga mats and blocks.

The infinity pool offers captivating views of St. Martin and gorgeous sunset views to the west. 

The master bedroom opens to the pool deck and has ceiling fans and air-conditioning. There is one guest bedroom on the main floor and a second guest bedroom on the upper floor, both with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms are on the eastern side with large windows with screens to capture the cool breezes.
